Oolong - Taiwan

Taiwan is considered the center of global oolong production, and its teas are among the highest quality. Thanks to the ideal climate, especially in mountainous areas with unspoiled nature and a long tradition of processing, oolongs with a diverse flavor spectrum are produced. Here we find lightly oxidized, floral teas with a delicate aroma, as well as richer, roasted styles with a full body. Taiwanese oolongs are sought after not only for their quality, but also for the variety they offer within a single tea category.
