Traditionally processed, rolled into tiny regular balls and only slightly oxidized dry leaf of bright green color flavored with fresh rose petals from organic production. A light golden-green infusion with a delicate floral-sweet taste and a heavier aroma of rose flowers. A distinctive sweetly intoxicating scent of roses in perfect harmony with the floral tones of slightly oxidized oolong.
After processing, the spring tea of the Jin Xuan cultivar was lightly baked and subsequently flavored with petals of fresh roses from organic production. The roses are transported for flavoring as soon as possible and used on the same day. Already processed tea is literally covered with a large layer of fresh rose petals, so that their aroma and sweetness can be absorbed. After that, the roses are separated again, dried and in the end mixed with the tea.
Preparation: we recommend to prepare the tea in Gong Fu style. Put 5 g of tea into a warmed teapot (150 ml) and pour the boiled water in. Let is steep for 15 – 30 seconds, then pour into a cup. Tea will endure more infusions.
