Legendary tea which can be categorized between green and oolong teas coming from Wen Shan mountains nearby a capital Taipei. Tea comes from Chin Xin cultivar grown in 300 – 400 m altitude. Slightly oxidized and moderately rolled leaf of a distinct green colour and very sweet thick and heavier exotic aroma with tones of rose flowers and orchids. Very light crystalline green in a cup with a beautifully balanced intense sweet full rounded creamy soft flavor, bright flowery aroma with a mixture of tropical fruits (papaya, durian). Tea endures many infusions.

Preparation: we recommend to prepare the tea in 1,5 dcl of water. Put 3 g of tea into a warmed teapot and pour the boiled water, cooled down to 85°C . Let is steep for 1 – 1,5 minute, then pour into a cup. You can repeat the process many times, untill the tea has a good taste. With firther infusions, we slightly increase water temperature and time of steeping.

(The tea plant was saying that from Anxi atthe time). It was success in sale and he introduced this tea to everyone.   After that tea was packed in 150g per squarepaper bag and stamped the company name on it. So it is called ” Bao Zhong Tea”.
