Autumnal Flush from Jungpana Tea Estate near the town of Kurseong in Darjeeling, India. Longer, unbroken, longitudinally rolled largely oxidized leaves of dark brown color and pleasantly sweet aroma with tones of honey, fruit, and resin. Orange-copper infusion of a full, creamy soft, sweet honey flavors with tones of red-orange and forest honey.
Preparation: 3 teaspoons per 0,7 l of boiled water, cooled down to about 85°C, steep 2 - 3 minutes.
