Black tea from tropical Sri Lanka
Beautifully processed, small, regular, lightly rolled, long, wire-like, dry leaves consist mostly of golden-silver tips. Dense in the aroma, but pleasantly cool, sweetly honey-like with tones of dried apricots and white chocolate. Dense infusion of brown-red color, sweet honey (forest honey), round, balanced and creamy taste with tones of vanilla, cocoa and black currant. We classify this tea from the Ruhuna region as the so-called low grown tea.
