Tea from the early spring harvest of the Kakegawa coastal area harvested from the bush of the Yabukita cultivar. This tea was produced in a small aracha factory owned by a cooperative of five small farmers. This is a longer steamed fukamushi type tea. Lighter green leaves are longitudinally shaped into tiny longer needles and have a pleasant spicy sweet aroma. Bright clear, light green infusion of clean, fresh nicely structured flavour with a typical „greenish“ taste of Japanese teas and a sweet slightly spicy aftertaste and sharpness in a stronger infusion.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 55 - 60°C, steep for 50 seconds. For second infusion, cool the water down to 65 - 70°C, steep only for 15 seconds. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
