White Tea - Taiwan

Taiwanese tea is not just oolongs and black teas. The rich and varied range of colours, flavours and aromas of Taiwanese teas also contains unexpected treasures, white teas. Tea trees have almost perfect growing conditions in Taiwan. The tradition of tea leaf processing is ancient and dates back through Chinese refugees to mainland China in Fujian province. This is where many of the legendary oolongs and white teas originated.
