Bio Matcha Chocolate
Matcha is a traditional tea prepared in the Japanese tea ceremony. It has a dark green colour and slightly astringent nutty taste. In modern Japan, this fine tea powder is used to flavour sweets. Matcha contains all important nutrients of the entire tea leaf, thus matcha sweets are very stimulating, refreshing and delicious.
Owing to its contents of unoxidised polyphenols, green tea has antibacterial and bactericidal effects and reduces the cholesterol levels. The "shaded" teas contain a lot of vitamins A, B, C, E and P as well as catechins, carotene, amino acids and minerals such as potassium, fluorine and zinc.
