Description

Second Flush from a well known Sourenee Tea Estate, Darjeeling.
Fully oxidized leaf with golden and silvery tips and heavier flowery aroma, with tones of freshly baked bread and walnuts. Full well balanced flavour with tones of blackcurrant, almonds and a long muscatel aftertaste.

Preparation: 3 teaspoons per 0,7 l of boiled water, cooled down to about 90°C, steep 2 - 3 minutes.
Macerate: Tea is excellent also as macerated in a cold water. Put approx. 7 g of tea laves into 1 l jug or bottle. Fill with cold water and let it steep over night and you will have a delicious, cooling and encouraging beverage in the morning!
