Leaves rolled into larger, rather irregular green balls with a lighter oxidation (about 15 % ) and a very pleasant intensely sweet and heavier floral aroma. A light golden-green infusion with a clear, clean taste with an intense creamy and cool sweetness and beautiful tones of blooming lilac, roses and lilies of the valley.
Preparation: we recommend to prepare the tea in GongFu style. Put 5 g of tea into a warmed teapot (150 ml) and pour the boiled water in. Let is steep for 15–30 seconds, then pour into a cup. Tea will endure more infusions.

The tea comes from the slopes around the town of Rui Feng at an altitude of 1300 m in the famous Alishan Mountains. The picking of leaves from the bushes of the Xin Chin cultivar took place at the very end of the season in November 2020. These teas are also referred to as winter harvest or winter tea. It is a relatively short season with less tea production, it is a period with shorter and colder days. Tea tree leaves grow more slowly, creating a more varied palette of flavors and aromas. Teas from the winter harvest tend to be more aromatic. However, the aromatic composition shifts from floral tones (typical of desirable spring collections) to rather deeper and sweeter flavors. These are often exacerbated by the light baking of winter teas, as in this case.
