Japanese green Sencha tea from a coastal region surrounding Kakegawa City, in south-west of Shizuoka prefecture, Honshu island, harvested from the bush of the Yabukita cultivar. This tea was produced in a small aracha factory owned by a cooperative of five small farmers. This is a longer steamed fukamushi type tea. Smaller, thanks to higher steaming, relatively broken leaves have a dark green colour and a sweet grass aroma. Light green clear infusion with a pleasantly balanced sweet, creamy taste with tones of nuts, seaweed and a pleasant sharpness in the aftertaste.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (3 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 55 - 60°C, steep for 50 seconds. For second infusion, cool the water down to 65 - 70°C, steep only for 15 seconds. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
