Spring harvest from the Kawane mountain area located northeast of the town of Shizuoka. The tea comes from Mr. Masui's small farm, he produces a maximum of 40 kg of tea in each batch. Mr. Masui grows tea trees completely without chemicals, and allows the harvested leaves to whither for a relatively long 14 hours, thus achieving a unique specific flavour. This tea is only lightly steamed. Beautifully crafted, metallically shiny leaves are longitudinally shaped into long regular needles with a delicate sweet to even creamy aroma. Very light sparkling infusion with a delicate balanced soft yet a sharp taste with a pleasantly juicy fruit tones, a pinch of green pepper and a rather salty umami.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 55 - 60°C, steep for 50 seconds. For second infusion, cool the water down to 65 - 70°C, steep only for 15 seconds. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
