Green Gaba Tea
Long, unbroken, curly rolled leaves in many shades of green with a pleasant herbal and nutty aroma. Golden-green infusion, delicate, creamy smooth to buttery taste with a rich range of sweet fruit tones dominated by ripe apple, durian and a hint of vanilla in the aftertaste.
After harvesting, the tea leaves are left to wither briefly indoors to lose some of their moisture and gain a delicate elasticity. They are then carefully sealed in bags and placed in vacuum chambers, where a unique "oxidation" process takes place without oxygen. After a few hours, the leaves are removed, the oxidation is stopped, and the tea is gently dried. The result is an elegant tea with beautifully curled leaves in shades ranging from green to brown, which, when brewed, develops a golden-green infusion and a delicately sweet aroma.

You can also read our articles on tea preparation and water quality. These tea leaves are also suitable for Asian-style preparation, which includes multiple infusions: you steep 5 grams of tea leaves per 150 ml of water that has boiled and cooled to 85°C for 30 seconds and in the following three infusions, you steep the leaves for 40, 60, and 90 seconds, respectively.
