Dalibor Worm - tea pottery CZ

He was born on April 12, 1965, in Teplice. He studied ceramics at the Secondary School of Arts and Crafts in Bechyně and subsequently at the University of Arts and Crafts in Prague in the studio of ceramics and porcelain, prof. Otto Eckert, Prof. Bohumil Dobiáš and prof. Václav Šerák. In the years 1991-1993, he worked as an artist at the Royal Dux Bohemia porcelain manufactory in Duchcov, and in the years 1992-1995 as an assistant at the art department of the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.

In 2000, he founded the Design volné ruky studio, where he is engaged in the production of mainly utilitarian wheel-thrown porcelain. In the years 2011-2016, he worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Art Education of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the J.E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. Currently, he is engaged in sculpting, drawing, painting, and porcelain design, which he realizes under the author's brand "Porcelán Volné ruky".
