Red Rooibos from a South African bush Aspalathus linearis contains a great amount of minerals and vitamine C. Red in a cup with honey aroma. There is no caffein, therefore it is suitable also for small children. Tastes deliciously in a cold brew as well!
Preparation: put 4 tea spoons of tea leaves into a teapot. Pour with boiled and slightly cooled water. Steep for 2 minutes.
