Bio Yunnan Puerh

Black tea from Yunnan province, South China. Evenly shaped leaves have a tiny appearance, typically ash-brown color, and thick butter nut-like aroma. Dark red-brown in a cup with a dense creamy flavor with tones of walnuts, dry oak wood, and very light acidity.

Preparation: 5 g of tea per 150 ml of boiling water, steep for a few seconds. This tea is ideally prepared in a miniature teapot, shiboridashi, or zhong and cup(s) of the same volume so that the entire content can be strained at once.
