Also called semi-oxydized, blue-green or oolongs (from Chinese wu-long, black dragon - the best known, partially oxydized tea). It is traditionally produced in China and Taiwan. Although, one may also encounter rare oolongs from Darjeeling.

Slightly oxidized and moderately rolled leaf of a distinct green colour and very sweet thick and heavier exotic aroma with tones of rose flowers and orchids. Very light crystalline green in a cup with a beautifully balanced intense sweet full rounded creamy soft flavor, bright flowery aroma with a mixture of tropical fruits (papaya, durian). Tea endures many infusions.

Farmer: Mr. Yu Ban Zhang, Respect Great Nature Tea Garden, Natural Farming – this type of farming is tollearnt to the nature without any chemicals and additives

Preparation: we recommend to prepare the tea in 1,5 dcl of water. Put 3 g of tea into a warmed teapot and pour the boiled water, cooled down to 85°C . Let is steep for 1 – 1,5 minute, then pour into a cup. You can repeat the process many times, untill the tea has a good taste. With firther infusions, we slightly increase water temperature and time of steeping.
