Matured Oolong from Taiwan
Wonderfully processed matured Taiwanese Baozhong from middle 80´s. Dark brown, nicely rolled unbroken leaves overwhelm one instantly with an intense heady exotic aroma of precious woods and spices with strong tones of sweet anise, ginseng and camphor. Light brown in a cup with a delicate creamy soft flavour, with strong tones of sweet woods, anise, ginseng and agarwood, mixed with delicate tones of resin, incense cone and pickled fruits (plums). Tea can be infused many times!

Preparation: we recommend to prepare the tea in 1,5 dcl of water. Put 3 g of tea into a warmed teapot and pour the boiled water, cooled down to 85°C . Let is steep for 1 – 1,5 minute, then pour into a cup. You can repeat the process many times, untill the tea has a good taste. With firther infusions, we slightly increase water temperature and time of steeping.
