Nokcha Sejak 2011 - Hadong Green Tea
Description
100 g box (2 x 50 g alu pack)
50 g, alu pack
The green tea is from the Hadong area, South Korea, which is to the south of the famous Jirisan hills. The tea from wild tea plants growing between the Ssanggye-sa and Dasol-sa monasteries is processed manually, only between April 20 to May 5 or 6.
Dry leaf of sweet spicy aroma and dominant tones of green pepper and freshly baked bread. Very fresh, light-green liquor of delicate, full, sweetish and very complex taste with nutty tones and very pleasant, long-lasting floral green aftertaste. The tea keeps its character over many infusions.
Preparation: Allow 1 teaspoon (4 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 65 - 70°C, steep for 1 minute. You can prepare several infusions in a similar way, gradually increasing the temperature.
