Aracha (Aracha Type) BIO
Description
100 g alu pack resealable with "ziplock"
Crude tea – "Aracha" – in Japan, it is usually stored in a very cold place immediately after picking and then serves as a base material for production of other teas. This form is rather rare in the market. This tea is from the first flush from shaded teayards in Kagoshima, southern Japan.
Preparation: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 55 - 60°C, steep for 50 seconds. For second infusion, cool the water down to 65 - 70°C, steep only for 15 seconds. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
