Nokcha Sejak Haenam 2017

country of origin  South Korea

Description

Green tea (nokcha)
Korean Nokcha green tea picked from tea bushes of Yabukita variety, end of April 2017 at the very south of Korean peninsula within a sight of an ocean. Cool ocean breeze, high air humidity coming from rich rains create ideal conditions for tea growing in this area. Very tiny, evenly rolled dry leaf with a distinct, sweet, creamy vanilla aroma with a clear hint of green pepper. Bright green in a cup, nicely balanced, full, creamy soft, sweet spicy flavour with a touch of mulberry.

Preparation: Allow 1 teaspoon (4 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 65 - 70°C, steep for 1 minute. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
