Traditionally processed Sencha
from Kagoshima region, picked in half April from Yabukita cultivar tea bushes. Dark green needle-shaped leaf with sweet fruity aroma and tones of white chocolate. Light green and soft milky colour in a cup of full thick, intense and sweet creamy flavour with a distinct umami, tones of unripened walnuts and meadow grass. Long aftertaste joins a light peppery flavour with asian food feeling.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of tea for 200 ml of boiled water, cooled down to 55 - 60°C, steep for 50 seconds. For second infusion, cool the water down to 65 - 70°C, steep only for 15 seconds. You can prepare more infusions in a similar way.
