Description
First Flush from PHOOBSERING Tea Estate!
Tea comes from clonal bushes planted at 1370 m altitude. Very bright, greenish liquor with almost cream character, bright flowery and herbal flavour with tones of elderberry bloom and slight resin tones in aftertaste.
Preparation: 5 teaspoons (15g) per 1l of boiled water, cooled down to about 90°C, steep 2 - 3 minutes.
