Darjeeling JUNGPANA, First Flush 2010 lot 2/10

First Flush from Jungpana estate

Sweet floral to fruity aroma, bright, full and brisk flavour. Pronounced "bite", typical for Chinese tea plants. Only a limited quantity of this tea is available; we personally selected it during our visit to this garden in March.

Preparation: 5 teaspoons (15g) per 1l of boiled water, cooled down to about 90°C, steep 2 - 3 minutes.
