White tea from Nepal
White tea from a summer season in Pathivara garden located in Illam region, eastern Nepal. Wonderfully processed unbroken and slightly oxidized leaves of a light green silver colour and a pleasant light herbal aroma. Light golden green in a cup with a fresh intense soft creamy and juicy flavour with a pleasant flowery and ripened manadarine tones.
Preparation: 4 teaspoons per 0,5 l of boiled water, cooled down to 85°C, steep 2 - 3 minutes.
