Nepál Jun Chiyabari „Himalayan Spring“ J5A-17 BIO

Spring tea from the Nepalese Garden of Jun Chiabari, Dhankuta Region
located on steep slopes of Himalayan foothills. Whole garden grows organically and is fully EU certified.
Beautifully processed unbroken leaf, slightly rolled and moderately oxidized, consisting mainly of top tips and one leaf and is full of heady exotic aroma.
Very light colour in a cup with sweet ceramy flavour with an intense hint of exotic fruits (pinneapple, papaya, durian) and vanilla in a well balanced mixture.

Preparation: put 3 tea spoons of tea leaves into a heated teapot (300 ml), pour 85°C water, steep 1 - 2 minutes.
